Tecia Taylor is the Managing Member of Manzo Unlimited Enterprises, LLC and

has twenty-five years of Property Management experience overseeing 139 – 3,000 multi-family real estate units over the course of the years. The communities have ranges from luxury, conventional, tax credit/affordable, senior, and public housing dwellings.

Ms. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science from University of Maryland Global

Campus in Business Administration minor Business Law & Public Policy. She worked as an Adjunct Professor at University of the District of Columbia for five years and taught the accredited course NALP National Apartment Leasing
